How and when should I schedule my spa appointment ? We recommend that you schedule your appointment well in advance to assure you that your day and time are available. Spa reservations may be made by calling 303-499-2400 or using our online appointment form.
What payment methods do you accept ? We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and personal checks
What if I'm late for my appointment? Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Your Spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. We recommend always arriving at least 10 minutes early.
What if I have special medical conditions? We recommend that you check with your physician before visiting Superior Laser & Aesthetics. Your aesthetician will also review your health history with you before beginning your service. If we believe that the service you have scheduled is unsafe for you based on any information given, we may recommend canceling the service, booking another service instead, or modifying the service to make it safe for you. As we are most interested in your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
Who can guide me in choosing the proper treatments ? Consultations are always free, call us and one of our aestheticians will be glad to assist you.
What is the Cancellation policy? If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa as soon as possible. We require a 24 hr. notice in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.
Is there a minimum age for services? Spa services are available to guests of all ages, however, some procedures will require parental approval. Ask your aesthetician about our current policy regarding different procedures.
Do you have Gift Certificates? Yes ! What a great gift for almost anybody.
